Bumbling Idiots Dating is the website of the “Bumbling Idiots Online Dating Podcast.” This website is the place where you can find show notes, follow-up discussions and submit suggestions for upcoming episodes.

The Podcast

Every week or three, Sam and Evangeline post an episode about topics specific to the peculiarities of online dating. There is a lot of laughter, a few tears, snacks and the need for a good dictionary.

The Tagline

Our tagline is “the online dating podcast for the rest of us.”

Our objective is to be vulnerable about this process and highlight the messiness of it, the ways it can make us all feel quite badly about ourselves, and the ways in which we can grow and experience joy. This first season has focused specifically on Evangeline’s development as a neophyte dater, with Sam’s guidance that is based on hard-won experience in online dating. Future episodes will expand to include other people’s experiences.

Sam and Evangeline are old friends who have weathered the storms of motherhood, divorce, careers and womanhood together. They have a knack for cracking each other up, and for meandering off the linear conversational path.
